introducing madeline
March 12, 2012This one goes out to all you purple lovers. (I’m saying this in my “DJ” voice). Introducing my new flannel fabric collection, Madeline. (Totally off the subject, but have you noticed we name all my flannel groups after girl names? We had Sophie, Izzy and now Madeline). Anyhow. Madeline is set to ship to stores this spring. This will be the first time my fabric comes in purple. What are your thoughts on purple? It’s kinda a tricky color. I’ve had lots of people ask for purple fabric, though.
If purple is not your thing, we also have this color way.
My grandma is going to love this red fabric. It’s her favorite color and she loves making pjs out of my flannel. (I must remember to save her some!) Enjoy the sneak-peek.

love this flannel where do you order?
My Madeline is going to love your Madeline!
Ohh! The purple is nice, but that red has me drooling! I’m with grandma!
Beautiful! I’m having a hard time deciding which collection I like best though! 🙂
love it! If I’m having a girl, I will be buying some to make tons of burp cloths!!
Oooh, love the purple, Kelle!
LOVE the other color combo, too!
Fabulous my friend! Cozy AND super cute! 😉
Have a happy Monday! 🙂
I love the purple, Kelle! And the red color ways too! I see some very pretty PJ pants in my future 🙂
Love the purple and green together. I’m not a huge purple fan; but put it together with green and I can’t resist it!
Oh my goodness, Kelle! The purple is super cute, but the red colorway just made my heart skip a beat. I foresee a couple of lovely rag quilts for Christmas gifts next year already. Well done. You’re a rock-star. 😉
Love it-Madeline is my granddaughter’s name and purple is her fav. color
Love! Where can we order some?
purple all the way… my favorite owls were the purple/green too!
Yes – purple! My granddaughters will be getting purple flannel PJ’s for Christmas!
I love the fabrics Ann Kelle, but it would be great if we could find on the blog of ideas and tutorials.
The purple flannel is superb. Advise you to do some types of clothing?
thank you for your repons
There’s lots of beautiful fabric to choose from there. The purple looks great, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE the red.
Purple’s kind of a tricky color, but it’s also tricky to spell – take a careful look at your second picture up there!!
Beautiful fabrics, by the way!!
Oopsie. Thanks for catching that, Sarah. Can’t believe I didn’t catch that.
Ohhh, Purple and Red are my two favorite colors!!! Love them both… :o)
So pretty, both of them! I really like purple, but I love red even more! All of those would make great PJ’s! I’d like to make some for myself, now only to chose one (or two …) of the prints!!
I cannot wait for this to reach the stores. Who will carry it? Or can we order online somewhere easily. I’m loving the online ordering. So easy.
Thank you for all your sweet comments. Madeline will be available for shops to order next month. It will be shipping to shops as soon as they start ordering in April.
I love your “Madeline”! Purple is defenitely not my favourite, but I was actually looking for a set of purple fabrics to make a Christmas gift (yes, I think that far ahead) for my sister in law. This is just perfect!
How about some flannel for boys? I am a mother of two and love you designs on my kids!
Congratulations again on your new release. Ana
Oh lovely Anne, I love purple! The blue/red colorway is lovely though too!
Absolutely beautiful fabric!
Fabulous!
love the color palettes. so great!!!
