sneak peek: girl friends
April 15, 2015I’m so happy to introduce you to my new Girl Friends fabric prints. Can you believe we’re on the 5th release? (Sixth if you count Super Kids.) The theme of this fabric collection is careers. It was so, so hard narrowing down the careers. (Maybe there should be a part 2?) My hope for this fabric line is that when little girls see this fabric, they know anything is possible. When it comes to selecting a career, there’s so much you can do . . . from a veterinarian to an artist to a contractor! And sometimes, you might do several things in a lifetime. Included in this fabric group are panels, as well as the regular all over design. It comes in two color ways. This fabric collection ships to stores July 20th.
Here’s run down of the careers: chef/baker, photographer, doctor, astronaut, artist, musician, teacher, sewer, scientist, veterinarian and contractor.
We’re also releasing bundles of the entire Girl Friends collections (mermaid, ballerinas, fairies, princess and careers)!

Love this collection! My granddaughters have lots of pillowcases and quilts with princesses and fairies. This us great add as they get a bit older!
Great!
How can I find what stores? I HAVE to have this fabric. Is it available online? Thanks.
Hi Linda! Once the fabric is available in stores (it ships to stores July 20th), I’ll have a better idea which stores will carry it online. It just became available for stores to order. In July, you should be able to do an online search for “Girl Friends Careers fabric” or “Ann Kelle Girl Friends Career fabric”.
I LOVE this – I’m not surprised I love every Girlfriends collection (and every other fabric you design). These girls make me so happy! Can’t wait to make something for my daughter with them.
Yay! Thank you so much!
This is so darling! I LOVE that there’s a construction girl. People are always surprised when they learn I have a Construction management degree!
Awesome! It was SO hard narrowing down the careers.
What a fabulous line!! love it!
Thank you, Lee!
So SO excited about this release. My granddaughters will LOVE it!
Yay! So happy you’re looking forward to it.
Very cute!
Thank you, Allison!
I love this line! So nice to have some “non-traditional” options for our girls. My daughter is so much more than a princess. I really, really wish I could get the Super Girls and the new Careers line in a knit. Keeping my fingers crossed!
Can I find this fabric in knit?
Hi Yesenia! Not at this time. Thanks, Kelle
